Please check out using the tablet at the 1st-floor entrance. You will need your check-in code or QR code. The code/QR is printed on your receipt and is the same one used at check-in.

We’re sorry, but as the property is generally unmanned, we do not offer luggage storage, including after check-out. Please use the many coin lockers near Kyoto Station (both the front and back sides).

As this is an unmanned, private-lodging-style property, we do not have a 24-hour front desk. Front desk staff can assist in Japanese only.

All rooms are non-smoking, and we also ask that you refrain from using e-cigarettes in the rooms. Please use the smoking corner on the 1st floor (to the right after getting off the elevator, where there is a table and chairs).

Yes, we have a vending machine, microwave, and coin laundry. The vending machine is on the 1st floor, and the coin laundry is on B1.

For consecutive stays, cleaning is not provided as standard. If you would like cleaning, please place the “cleaning request” sign on the outside door handle. Cleaning is free of charge.

Extra towels, toothbrushes, and other items are located on the 1st floor, opposite the vending machine.

Rooms include lighting, a wall-mounted air conditioner, TV, desk and chair, luggage rack, bed, electric kettle, refrigerator, compact kitchen, and shower booth. Amenities include shampoo/conditioner/body soap/facial soap, toothbrush set, towels/bath towel, slippers, and a hair dryer.

There are three remotes in the room: lighting (DAIKO), air conditioner (Panasonic), and TV (Hisense).

With the DAIKO lighting remote, you can use ON/OFF, Full (maximum brightness), Bright/Dim, Warm/White, Night light, Sleep timer (60/30 min), and Memory (save settings).

With the Panasonic A/C remote, you can select Cool/Heat/Dry/Auto, adjust fan speed, airflow direction, temperature ▲▼, and Stop (turn off operation).

With the Hisense TV remote, you can use Power, Terrestrial, BS, CS/4K, Back, OK, Exit, Channel up/down, Volume up/down, Settings, Menu, Program guide, Data d (data broadcast), Input, Audio, and Program info.

To use the kettle: (1) plug the power cord into an outlet, (2) press down the button under the handle. (3) Once boiling is complete, the button will return automatically.

The entrance has a ramp.

From Kyoto Station, it takes about 10 minutes by bus or about 16 minutes on foot.

From Gojo Station (subway), it’s about a 12-minute walk via the north route, or about 15 minutes via the south route.

Yes. Near Kyoto Station, you’ll find Matsumoto Kiyoshi (drugstore), Lopia Kyoto Yodobashi (supermarket), and Super Fresco (small supermarket).

Accommodation tax, bathing tax, city tax, and service charges are handled the same as at other properties in Kyoto.
